Ease a mind

The post-secondary journey brings many successes, but also a few challenges. Some of our students face difficulties as they balance school with family or jobs, or due to special needs or mental health struggles. Offering new programs and resources will help alleviate stress and encourage well-being.

Goal

Our goal is to raise up to $3,000 to provide greater resources that support our students’ well-being.

Your Impact

Here are some examples of how donations can be used to assist our students:

  • $25 can support student-run events or activities that promote positive health and well-being.
  • $50 can provide additional self-help materials to support students.
  • $100 can offer the opportunity to participate in 12-week group fitness programs (i.e. yoga, pilates, spin).
